Where do I park whilst staying at knocker cottage?

Where are the nearest dog friendly beaches?
A.
There are some great beaches close by that are dog friendly all year. Gwithian, Hayle Towans, Mexican Towans and Porthkidney are ones we like. For a full list click here.

Can you recommend a good pub?
A.
The St Michael’s Mount Inn is just a 10-minute walk away in the neighbouring village of Barriper. It’s recently reopened (September 2024) and is now serving great pub grub alongside drinks. For other options, there’s the Turnpike Inn at Connor Downs, the Red River Inn at Gwithian, and the Bucket of Blood in Hayle – all great pubs and only a short drive away.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There is an Aldi in Camborne which is a 5 minute drive, a Tesco in Camborne which is a 6 minute drive away and Marks & Spencer in Hayle which is a 10 minute drive.
